The difference between a renovation that takes three weeks and one that takes three months is almost always sequencing. Tile arriving after the tiler, a vanity ordered once the plumber has gone, a paint day that lands on a day the floor is being laid.
We order the selections before demolition starts, and we book the trades in the order the work actually needs them. It is unglamorous and it is the whole job.
