“Good communication the entire project, updates most days with photos so we always knew where things were at. Finish quality is excellent, better than we expected honestly. Jas is straightforward and easy to deal with. Glad we went with Lyon Homes.”

“We got a few quotes and Lyon Homes wasn't the cheapest. But they were really easy to deal with, always responsive daily updates on what’s going on and just overall a very well rounded and punctual guys. Their price wasn’t the cheapest but it was still very fair and I would pay the little bit extra, for the peace of mind. Thank you for all the hard work Jas, will use again 100%.”

“My husband and I both work shifts, so we needed a builder we didn't have to chase and we never did. Jas sent an update basically every evening with photos and what was happening the next day, and any question I texted got answered within the hour. I asked about a plug location at 9pm one night and had a reply in five minutes with a better suggestion than mine lol. When the City moved our electrical inspection he told us the same morning. Legal suite, 2 bed, tenant moved in within the next month. The build was great, and the communication was amazing definitely recommend.”
