A full secondary suite with its own entrance, two bedrooms with egress windows, a kitchen with quartz counters and a bathroom tiled to the ceiling. Photographed after handover, furnished and lived in.
Development in oak and walnut
An open basement with the structural post boxed square, a walnut slat wall run floor to ceiling, and closets built in rather than bought. Photographed at handover, before the owners moved in.
Wet bar and marble bathroom
A family basement rather than a rental suite: open rec room, wet bar with cabinetry and floating shelves, open stair with wood treads, and a full bathroom finished in marble tile.
Backyard privacy fencing
A full run of wood privacy fence. Posts set to depth for Calgary frost, rails run level to the grade rather than to the eye, and the property line confirmed before anything went in the ground.
Rear entry deck
A rear deck framed level with the door threshold, finished with stairs at an even rise and railings to height. Footings to depth, ledger flashed and fastened to the house.
